2007 LT focus wont go into park and cant get key out

^ yep this is the problem.

The silver trim around the gear selector stalk drops down half a cm and jams the selector mechanism. The key cannot be removed unless the shifter is in park.

Only takes half a second to fix...just lift the silver trim back up again and click it back into place.
