what does that have to do with anything, Costa Rica is just some country in South America, a holiday playground for rich americans, and the vaccines were more than likely Black market and made of saline solution!

And there is a black market for any and everything, why not covid vaccine?
The biggest attraction beside the beaches and the poverty is a visit to the "bat caves", no thanks!..lol..
