Default Mustang SVT-RA - For Sale!

So like most of you I hit carsales up while I procrastinate a little bit just to see whats out there and how prices are going.

A thread in the pits jogged my memory of John Bowe and a particular Bud Racing SVT-RA kicking some Italian butt back in the day...

So I went for a quick search for Tickford Mustangs and noticed this bad boy for sale..OMG

This car is without a doubt my favourite modern Ford, probably more so than even Fords effort to revive the GT"40".

To me its similar in thought process to the T3, last run of the model and enough special bits to make it stand out.

I was not aware that there were ever any street versions sold by FoA unless it was a requirement to race?

I do recall a not so pretty yellow SVT-RA convertible at a Melbourne Motorshow that Ford displayed but I believe that was for show only and probably not a genuine "RA".

Anyway, its a decent amount of coin for a Mustang of that vintage but Id love to see it in the flesh one day.

edit: link from the pits for those who dont remember...
