Default 6 stacker problem

Hi,
Hoping someone can help i have just bought and installed a colour screen ICC with 6 stacker CD. Went into ford to have them fix the security code error. Now i can't seem to get the unit to load CD's. Have i done something wrong at install? Everything else works fine. I go to CD and press load then wait like it says then it just goes back to the Radio :(. I can hear a soft clicking sound from the CD slot but nothing seems to happen. Is this a simple fix at my end or will it need to be repaired?

Thanx in advance
