Lost remote key fob

Hi All,

I lost my spare remote key fob. Ford can replace it with cutting and reprogramming for $450!!
I can buy from ebay UK second hand unit with blank key for $50.
Is it possible to reprogram new remote fob into my car. Ford part number showing is 3M5T-15K601-AB. If my remote have the same number, can I use a programming method explained on the forum to reprogram remote?
Has any any done it before and can share some knowledge, please.
I don't want to buy the remote fob and then find out that it can't be used.

Any advise will be appreciated.
