Default AU II bits on an AU I

Hey All,

Would the following parts from a series II fit a series I?

Center console (the whole surround that hold the air conditioner controls and radio)
Speedo console

cheers,

The centre console will fit, but it requires ALOT of mucking about rewiring things because the controls work in a different way. Not sure what you mean by speedo console though.

As above it's a lot of buggerising around. If youre talking about the instrument cluster, no its not a straight fit, requires wiring mods.
