New clutch

Hi all, just after some input from all the brains out there! 07 duratec, around 3years ago I fitted a single mass flywheel kit, all has been great up until 6months or so ago. It’s now developed a judder when taking up drive, all engine mounts are new genuine ford, and no oil leaks.
Does anyone have any idea where to get another clutch disc and cover, I don’t want to spend $1k plus on a complete kit.
