I have tried 20% Bio Diesel, it is great, more power and less chatter from the engine and better fuel economy. It is a bit hard to find and Ford say only 5% is what they recommend.

incomplete burn (dilution in sump) over full sump will cause a runaway engine.
not clean burning (block DPF)
diesel:

low sulfer content for aiding DPF (used in lubication) just like lead.
