As long as you havent touched the actual adjuster, the cap bolt (plug) should go back the way it popped off. Do not screw in the allen head bolt (adjuster) at all because its already adjusted for the right tension, just be careful not to thread anything when pushing the cap bolt back in when tightening up. If your not sure pm Woosha & go from there.
