After a couple of back and forths, accept that people have a different perspective to you and be adult enough to ignore it, let them have their say and move on. It takes a bit of effort the first few times, but it soon becomes second nature.
I tend to avoid those threads that dissolve into a tug of war. Problem is there are very few decent threads left now |
Agreed, but to be fair my main commentary on the subject is on matters which I have first hand knowledge of, I'm not taking people to task for kicks.
