A. NO, not acceptable, most probably criminal.
i work with horses and professional track rider for 10 years and still connected.
imo the racing industry is corrupt and the doggies are at the low end of the ladder. nothing would surprise me.
i can,t read the horrible storys posted, it brings me to tears.
