Hey there, very down couple of days, this morning was my psychiatrist appointment but also took on my father's eye doc appointment scheduled 30mins after mine, now i know i can't cope with too much at once and to put a time limit on anything i do is pure chaos and potential danger. i seem to sabotage anything i plan out. all was good this morning til the old bloke decided it was 'number 2 time' as i started the car, and again i disassociate and sit back watching the chaos unfold, needless to say no one made it to their appointments and anxiety brought on an asthma attack (that didn't hospitalise me this time thankfully as the one put me in intensive care for 4 days, 8 days total).
I would like to socialise but must avoid any unnecessary public contact, thank you anyway. I will text as it gives me time to assure of what I'm saying is appropriate or not offensive therefore less risk of anxiety attacks
