So I never saw a nutritionist or a personal trainer.
Still managed to lose 34kgs over the 12 months.
Injury followed by holidays and high work loads, I gained around 10 of that back. Getting back into my old program now. Early morning training is far less brutal when it isn't in the negative degrees outside!
