Im not currently exactly going to say sorry mate we're not mates anymore the streets at the end of the driveway. He has nowhere to go. His brother lives local but with 5 kids, his stable is over full. His parents live up the coast and have no space, and the job prospects arent good at all up there. Its all a bit grim for some people at the moment. I personally am still employed and working, but very concerned about what happens in the near future.
They were discussing this all today on the radio, landlords holding hand out for rent on tenant whose a casualty of the job losses, same with commercial leases and their landlords.

When I closed my workshop a few years ago I just walked out on the lease, stiff **** bro cya later.

With commercial leases I imagine there's a lot of coffee shops considering walking on their leases.

Your choice bud, you can evict them but is there going to be new tenants around the corner?
