As far as im concerned there should be a complete lock down of all non essential business and services as of Friday, give the people an opportunity to do what they have to and lock them down, anyone who hasn't read the writing on the walls by now hasn't been paying attention and that's on them.
Keep open Hospitals, Emergency Services, Utilities maintenance, Doctors Surgery's, Chemists, Banks, Petrol Stations, Supermarkets, Fruit and Veg Shops, Butchers and Convenience Shops, shut down the rest, if you're not going out you dont need a new pair of shoes, a new dress or some jewellery.
Implement an emergency system for schools which caters for only the absolute necessary.
Call on every financier to put repayments on hold for 3 months, call on Landlords to give tenants 3 months grace on rents, anyone who fails to comply should be dealt with accordingly.
