Default Re: Buying quality Retainer clips ?

Just to throw this out there, we've got that exact set at work because clips often don't survive for a second time around, and I've yet to find one from that set that actually works where I want it to. Either too small or too big.

They're not 'bad' quality, but not great either and the tool is meh.

The last fastners I bought were OEM, not in an OEM bag and I bought a cheap-o trim removal kit that included a much better screwdriver handled tool. Thicker metal and a moving rubber fulcrum, but I can't find it on Amazon AU. Can't find it anywhere actually, so I better look after the thing.

That set is ok, but I'd check to see it's got usable sizes in it first. Much easier to do if you have one car and can measure all the holes.

Stu.
