The one pointing with an arrow, concerns me more, as this seems connected to the 2nd butterfly valve which doesn't open.
The 2nd circle, is another vacuum line connected to the back of the carby, which is not connected to anything.

Also, the auto choke is stuck open, and the red cable from it is not plugged into anything, couldn't find anywhere to plug it into either. I think it should be plugged into the alternator? But no opening in the plugs at the alternator.
would have removed the choke and checked it, if i knew where to plug it after checking it.
