Found this adjustable pin tool online at Bunnings, $10.68. “Craftsman 2 pin angle grinder adjustable spanner” Bunnings item # 6270612. This got the round housing undone easily once I undid the 14mm bolt.
I’m going to use good old AC Delco sealing compound to seal the threads.
