I'm getting tired of people sharing advice about Covid 19 like the claim about drinking warm water every 15 minutes or taking a deep breath and holding it.
The latest is the false claim that you can call a dedicated number and get a dr to check you out at home if you think you have symptoms
I've had two highly intelligent friends forward this type of stuff which is typically claimed to be advice from a nurse at some random hospital.
Stop doing it people!
Spreading misinformation is not helpful
