You've not said what model Focus or even which transmission so you are just going to get a generic assessment.

P07A3 is either a sticking clutch fork on a manual transmission or a transmission friction element stuck in the on position with auto trans.

P2872 is for a stuck clutch pack on an auto and likely caused by the one above.
