Edit to note, I’ve had a moderate poke around and can’t find anything - even Russian users are complaining that admin of the support forum are slow in responding. There could be a number if reasons why… A shame it’s this way overall, I think sharing knowledge is a step towards more open communication in the world - and less conflict.
