Don't have my vernier callipers or access to a micrometer but would like to know just how thick my panels are, compared to say an 68 XT Falcon, or an older 60's Ford, might not be enough to shrink?

Used to use powdered AC powder before, just mix a paste and work out where to shrink, spread paste on, poke holes with finger where you want to shrink then heat to Cherry red with torch/oxy let cool, maybe I'm just dreaming, I don't know, but I did want minimal bog, that's all!
