@FroudeyBrand, on the news this morning I saw a mention of the biological father.
He had written a post thanking police and was happy Cleo was back with her mum and dad. So bio-dad regards Cleo's mums partner as Cleo's dad.
It can get frustrating to hear news over and over, but this is good news. Much better than hearing Covid-blah-Covid every hour of the day
