Went to 7 open houses on Saturday. One place I really liked. Advertised $620-660k.
Put in my offer of $671 including paying holding deposit and docusigning contract.
Got the call Sunday it sold for $693k. No option to over bid as by the time they called me both parties signed.
Other places were crap...
Back to the drawing board I go.
