Years ago i was at a fancy restaurant in the city with my dad and his country bumkin wife. So as an entree i ordered the beef guspatio. My old mans wife said she'd be up for that not knowing what it was. She refused to try it because it didnt look very cooked. I knew what it was, it was worth the $40 even if it was just a couple of slices of raw beef seasoned with citrus. Any chef wont make you something if they know it will give you food poisoning. But hey, it was more for me..
