Hybrid ranger has already been rumoured by motoring journos as soon as 2023. Maybe the success of f150 lightning (100,000 orders since reveal) will spur them to speed up a ranger lightning ev?

Transit has a full ev version on the way now, so maybe that could be a suitable drivetrain?
