Quite the opposite actually - I don't remember ever been so ill in my life - days shivering and sweating under a pile of blankets (in summer), hacking cough to the point I coughed blood at one stage, hard to get a decent breath in and heart palpitations. And I have above average fitness.
If it was CV19, I can see how it would easily carry off 60+ YOs and people with an underlying illness.
