Yep, it is a lot more dense than that now.
I have a mate who rented 2 places in there - the houses are so close together you can reach out the window and touch the house next door - I'm not exaggerating either!

It was the first track I ever drove on, Ian and Warren Luff practically lived there - over the rise through the dogleg and then downhill into Recaro corner and then let it run all the way out to the "drive on milk" sign as you come on to the straight, short track but heaps of fun.
