Not sure if you are asking a question or making a statement of fact. An engine designed to run on E85 could differ in some mechanical components and it may not be as simple as tweaking an
ECU.
As an example (possibly poor one), the UK version gets two versions of 1.5L Ecoboost, 110kw and a 132kw. Could they be the same engine?
