The whirlpool forum I think replaces the 'f word' with 'flap' or 'flapping'. I'm not a member there, but I have read some threads on there and always thought that sounded pretty funny.

It would be good to have some funny words there for people to know what they mean, without being offensive.

For example you could have the following substitutions for some of the common swear words starting with:

f - fluff eg fluffed, fluffing, fluffwit.
s - stew eg stewwy, bullstew, stewhead.
c - crisp, eg dumb crisp, hairy crisp.
