In your example, he really only had two issues, value for money, which is subjective anyway, and he had issues with a service dept. They mention noises, but is anything broken? Compared to my Mondeo, I can hear the gearbox, but it's hardly intrusive.

Have you read them all ? It appears not !!!
To be fair 55% of the reviewers thought the car was good or reasonable.
Those percentages and complaints did not convince me to lay out my "
hard earned" on one.
