It shouldn't drastically change from summer to winter! Engines are designed to operate at a constant temperature, which is achieved after driving the car for several minutes.
Under normal driving conditions, a correctly functioning cooling system should keep the car running at approx the same temp all year round, regardless of whether the temperature is -5C or 40C.
