i still eat a fair bit of plain rice, vegies, beans etc but my fat intake is vastly reduced. For instance the meal i have planned for tonight is
1 x chicken breast fried (no oil) in mild spices with canilini beans and lettuce/tomato on the side.
It works out to about 2.5g of fat lol, might be a little on the lean side to be honest.
I'm happy with the weight loss but feel very drained for the last week, may have been hitting it a bit hard.
