Just wondering possibilities for an all round mechanic and welder. I have done 2 years in motorsport as a mechanic, but I can also weld all types (TIG is 100%). Im looking for a change from what I am doing now, any advice out there. I never did an apprenticeship (I'm 20) But, as mentioned, have worked as a mechanic and can confidently weld.
Just after advice on where to apply and personal opinions (Constructive Criticism welcomed) on how i would go - looking for diesel mechanic/fabricator etc.
I'm obviously just trying to get my head in for next year, thinking i may have left it too late.
Any Info is appreciated.
