Ah Ha,
So you plan to re-roll the wheel outer flange and tyre bead seat?
I did not consider "that" kind of alteration. It now becomes clear why you are in need of steel rims.
Do you know how much track width change you are allowed as a percentage figure? I'll bet there are rules about that too
