Trying to tune carby idle speed and idle mixture

motor runs ok but isnt running as good in the heat especially during idle (stutters occasionally)

also is hard to start when warm

what i have done;

- new sparks
- new ignition coils
- used carby cleaner
- tuned idle mixture screw and idle speed screw

idle mixture screw is running at 3 1/2 turns out at the moment, from i have read this a bit too rich i believe, but when i was setting it any leaner it would lead to a rough running idle.
