On the problem of clutches.......My clutch, only when car is warm (in traffic), is shocking. If I try to take off with any, and I mean any, throttle the whole car shakes. It is ok when taking off down hill and much, much worse taking off up hill...It doesn't slip when changing gears as I thought it might....

Any suggestions??
Check your engine mounts. Sometimes they come loose and you get a big shudder changing from 1st to 2nd or riding the clutch in 2nd gear.
