Ok, here we go:
- The red boxes up the top look rather cruddy. Blue looked much better.
- There appear to be two or three different fonts used - Arial, Times New Roman and something else I can't pick
- There are several different font sizes - general formatting should be uniform
- You have updates half way down the page - shouldn't they be up the top where everyone can see them? Maybe in a "Upcoming Events" style box, which I think looks very smart.
- Similar content should be grouped together
Calendar section looks good though!
